The façade’s rhythm of pilasters and recesses forms the basis of the interior concept. These recesses are carried inside to echo the building’s materiality and create fluid transitions between exterior and interior.
In the lobby, a niche aligned with a façade pilaster defines the reception area, which houses the building’s security and intercom systems. The concierge desk becomes the focal point of the space, complemented by small seating clusters that offer a comfortable place to wait or meet.
A second pilaster-based niche is expressed as a wooden frame in floor and ceiling, anchoring a large table used for homeowners’ association meetings. In the library, wide windows open the room to the garden, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere for reading.
To avoid the typical residential high-rise corridor, a unified “functional-pilaster” element was introduced to integrate lighting, unit numbers, cameras, and doorbells, reducing visual clutter and creating a more hotel-like experience. The unit door is designed again using the pilaster pattern of the façade and manufactured in cast aluminum.
The rooftop gym overlooks the landscaped roof garden. Serving both daily fitness and rooftop gatherings, it offers residents a simple, welcoming space connected to the outdoors.
