Building A4, the second phase of the Meisland complex, expands the architectural character established in Building A3, giving the two structures a unified identity. A recessed Generous Frame marks the entrance and leads into a spacious lobby with a reception on one end and pivoting fins that open into the homeowners’ association meeting room on the other.
The meeting room is designed for flexibility: a boardroom table anchors the space, while a kitchenette and custom storage divider support events, workshops, and day-to-day activities. A small fireplace lounge behind the divider provides a more intimate setting.
Past the lobby, a transitional zone connects the elevator lobbies and fire stairs and doubles as the mail room. Travertine surfaces and long horizontal elements bring warmth and structure, accommodating residents’ mailboxes.
To elevate the residential corridors, a custom functional pilaster integrates lighting, signage, cameras, and doorbells, reducing visual clutter and creating a more hotel-like experience. The unit doors echo the façade’s pilaster motif and are crafted in cast aluminum.
The expansive rooftop includes a swimming pool and adjoining outdoor lounge areas in the corner towers. The north towers provide wind protection, while a shaded central tea area and open gathering spaces offer residents a versatile rooftop retreat.
